  - I haven't had this beautiful knife for too long yet but it holds to its reputation. The edge on both the blade and serrated edge is razor sharp and both hold that edge well. However the only complaint I have is the sheath won't close around the hilt. All and all and considering I bought this blade on Cyber Monday for half the original price I will give the knife itself a 5 star review and the sheath we will leave out of this.

  - Just bought myself one for Christmas 2018. The D-2 steel is far far superior, being i have owed 3 or 4 regular KA-Bars, and that strange aluminium lookig, sounding, and feeling steel they use is for the Birds!!!! But If you don't feel your life's worth the extra $60 for the severly upgraded quality of steel, then sorry to have wasted your time....... fool!!!! Lol But for those that do, this is one of the best, and most tried and proven fighting blade styles there's ever been!!!
