  - I was especially impressed with how sharp the knife is and how it stays sharp After much use. I think the D2 steel is a great plus for this knife. I really don't think you can go wrong. If you buy this knife I think it will serve you well through the rest of your life and you will need a great excuse to try to buy a different one because this one will be so good

  - I really dig this blade. I've had mine for well over a decade and it always preforms flawlessly. It's extremely sharp and since D2 is an incredibly hard tooling steel, it holds an edge for a very long time. D2's only drawbacks are that it's fairly brittle and one of the most difficult steels to sharpen. Overall I give it a 15 out of 10.
