  - Just purchased and received this knife. It's a sturdy, well balanced, well made knife. My only complaint is the handle. It's short. I have large hands (wear a large size glove) and it's a cramped uncomfortable fit. My hand is digging into the guard and pommel. Large handed buyers beware.

  - I have had this knife for just under a year and it is fantastic. Very good all around knife. Today i had the tang break on the inside of the handle and i will surely be getting another one.

  - The blade thickness is very nice, but it is also thin enough at the blade edge for skinning squirrels. I've used this knife for everything from splitting logs to dressing rabbits, and it has performed flawlessly. It also feels great in the hand. I am a small guy though, so some of you gigantic folk out there may have some handle length issues. My only complaint is that I had to buy a new sharpening set because the steel is so hard, but there are worse problems to be had.

  - I have the old school leather handled version. Love it! Smaller and more discrete than its larger 7" brother, but better than any folder & thicker handled than the 'small' KB. Very nice when in areas (i.e. public campgrounds) where a larger knife may freak some folks out. Also gets a lot of use around the house for all kinds of tasks. My dad liked mine so much he bought a clone of it for the same aforementioned reasons.

  - I purchased one of these when they first came out, took it on two deployments. Then I handed it off to a Military survival instructor who still has it after almost daily use for four years at a survival school. Properly cared for this is a great utility blade for a service member.

  - Its a solid camp/fishing/hunting knife. Its smaller than the USMC full size kabar which is an awesome knife for the outdoors but I needed something smaller for field dressing and cooking. This knife does the trick. The handle is beefy but its very slip resistant. I chose this over Buck because of the kydex sheath which won't get ruined in the rain. This knife is meant to be used. Very satisfied.

  - Real happy to leave a review for this knife. This is my second fixed blade, after a stainless steel Mora Kniv. This thing is awesome. To me I'm very happy with the $90 price tag. It's beefy and stirdy and after at least a year of owning this thing it shows very little use of wear and tear.

  - I recently acquired one of these with the plain edge. It is impressive. Feels very good in the hand with the majority of weight in the handle, making it feel more secure in your hand, and the blade is a good utility size. My only complaint is that it seems to dull faster than I am used to with my other knives, and I haven't even put it to hard use outdoors yet. It is not enough of a big deal that I won't carry/use it, just an observation. I would recommend it to anyone who is on the fence about getting one.
