  - Grate little knife but handle is to short. I have a tendency to put my index finger on the sharp blade. Ouch another cut. They should keep the OAL and lengthen the grip .75".

  - Awesome little side knife that came with the Zombie War Sword. Came factory sharpened extremely well and it looks awesome too! But I agree with the other comment about the handle being a tad short. But that's not a major flaw to me.

  - I found one of these just lying on the shore of the Merrimack river. It had a sheath with it to. Love the knife, but I have to agree, the handle is a tad short.

  - A USMC major I worked with said he was ordering some KA-Bar knives, and asked if I was in. Said, "Sure." Everyone else ended up backing out on him, but glad I didn't. I carried this knife around Afghanistan for 13 months. Sheathed in a tactical boot, it survived several Afghan Army and National Police (ANA and ANP) pat downs (occasionally escorted people to airport and I'd forget I had it). Very low profile and you can lace it into a boot. *Ahem, if so inclined. Good balance. Sharpens quickly. I just wish it held a sharp edge longer. These days it's just used for domestic stuff, cutting food, chasing squirrels (joke) and cutting off fingers that annoy me (my own... also kidding). I made the mistake of loaning it to someone and asshat broke the very tip. I'd pay double the asking price for this knife, if it just came in a higher grade steel that held an edge (and less likely to lose the tip).

  - Well I must have got one bad one in the lot. Point is sharp and that's about it. So I figured I'd strop it, no better so on to the stones. This is either the hardest knife I have ever seen or it's not going to get sharp. The sad thing is I really like the knife.

  - Nice little knife, emphasis on little, read the specs before buying, this is a tiny knife. I knew this when searching for it, if anyone is interested this fits the piggy back sheath of the Baconmaker knife perfectly. Wish it were a better steel, but can't complain for its intended use.

  - I am 22 years old and have been obsessed with knives since childhood, so needless to say; I know a little somethin' about blades, in function and design. So, when I heard about the "Acheron" and how great it was; I was skepticle, to say the least. I did several weeks worth of research before I finally broke down and ordered one. The only complaint I can manage is probably the most common gripe about the knife. The handle. It is a bit short, especially for a guy with plate sized hands. But being an avid paracord enthusiast I quickly added some 'cord to create some traction. I say to you that this little knife is a wonderful E.D.C. fixed blade, even at it's diminuative dimensions. This lovely little piece of cro-van has become a staple of my functional blade collection. I have ordered one and will soon be ordering several more and those are just the ones I am ordering for me. My fiance is already asking me to order a pair for her, for gods sake! I have only had this little beauty for a week and I am thoroughly impressed with it. Look for my orders ka-bar; they're coming soon. All-in-all; fantastic design. Wicked cutting and thrusting capability and all around concealability. And for any readers of this review, trust me; give it a chance and it will not disappoint you. If you have trust issues with ordering blades; remember this; it's a Ka-bar. You can count on it.
